My bet for mayoralty for Tagum city has already sworn. I think it has something to do with age why he won. Your the Man, Mayor Rellon. I'm enrolled again but I'm having second thoughts because of this. Anyway, a scholarly study about America's Next Top Model had pushed my brain to tell me to go to school on Saturday. Surprised to see a letter dated March 07, 1997, I turned six that day memories told me I cried when my mother left me in my first grade classroom. The real you is something that emerges. Still, I wanted to start something, and I kept on asking myself these questions. But I have to do this often and watch this.

I went link hoarding again but not on Rappler's archives, though I won't spare the archives from finding inspiring articles. It just so amazing that aside from the recent launch of the DGDC magazine. Davao's team for Angel Hack's Manila Leg bring home the bacon.
Oh, I was browsing a site and an article title caught my eyes because of the fancy word, Phantasmagoric. Funny, that I still have a six year old mobile phone and did not join the bandwagon of androids. Don't you know that mobile phones around the world turns 40. While looking for life hacks I encountered the word mind-mapping, invented by Tony Busan. Another idea that hit me is reverse mentorship. I wonder how it feels to be inside a science fiction themed bars with your slutty friends wearing ethical dresses.

1. Steve Jobs: How to live before you die. Watch the video
Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
2. David R. Dow: Lessons from death row inmates
People might disagree about whether [a murderer] should have been executed. But I think everybody would agree that the best possible version … would be a story where no murder ever occurs.

It had been a tough week for Nancy, I did not vote for her. Anyway, I just can't help but think why they are making fuss about her skin color and her 20 years of internship under her father's office. The mudslinging days are over we just have to accept the reality that there are people who need heroes and they could see the hero in Nancy. Also, I didn't vote for Grace, I wonder why she made it to the top. Enough of this Philippine politics.
Honestly, doubts almost consumed me last Monday, that I decided not to vote until I read this. Thanks to Libre.ph, it saved me from getting bored, waiting for my turn to get my ballot shaded. After that day, I busied myself juggling from these blog articles:

Great people do things before they’re ready. They do things before they know they can do it. And by doing it, they’re proven right. Because, I think there’s something inside of you—and inside of all of us—when we see something and we think, “I think I can do it, I think I can do it. But I’m afraid to.” Bridging that gap, doing what you’re afraid of, getting out of your comfort zone, taking risks like that—THAT is what life is. And I think you might be really good. You might find out something about yourself that’s special. And if you’re not good, who cares? You tried something. Now you know something about yourself. Now you know. A mystery is solved. So, I think you should just give it a try. Just inch yourself out of that back line. Step into life. Courage. Risks. Yes. Go. Now.— Amy Poehler

The computers need to show the cats on boxes with tiny lights in them, but don’t know how. People like me tell the computer many words so that it knows how to change the tiny lights to look like a cat. We try to make the lights change very fast so that you don’t have to wait for your cats. Some days the lights are all wrong, and we have to tell the computer more words to make them look like cats again."

"Jealousy is simply and clearly the fear that you do not have value. Jealousy scans for evidence to prove the point – that others will be preferred and rewarded more than you. There is only one alternative – self-value. If you cannot love yourself, you will not believe that you are loved. You will always think it’s a mistake or luck. Take your eyes off others and turn the scanner within. Find the seeds of your jealousy, clear the old voices and experiences. Put all the energy into building your personal and emotional security. Then you will be the one others envy, and you can remember the pain and reach out to them."

“It’s your life — but only if you make it so. The standards by which you live must be your own standards, your own values, your own convictions in regard to what is right and wrong, what is true and false, what is important and what is trivial. When you adopt the standards and the values of someone else or a community or a pressure group, you surrender your own integrity. This blog is inspiring. I got the link at work when my friend is accepting friend request and I happened to be on her side watching her doing the clicking. Anyway, the site is a collaboration between a forester who happens to love photography and a mass communication graduate. Eventually, I fell in love with the commentaries and photographs they shared in there site.
